If you are unable to attend your hearing in person, please send a request to appear via telephone or video conference to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two business days prior to the scheduled hearing. You must include the following information in your email:
Your phone number where the Court can call you at the scheduled time;
Your case name and number
The name of the judge or magistrate assigned to the hearing;
The date/time of your hearing
Your email address
