Dissolution, Divorce and Post Decree actions

Below are the actions you may file for consideration by this Court.  Each action requires certain documents.  These documents are listed on Checklists.  The checklists are specific.  The forms listed on the checklists may be printed from the website.

Dissolution: (you both have a written agreement on everything and both of you can attend the hearing)

Divorce, legal separation, annulment: (you both have a written agreement on everything but only one of you can attend the hearing)

Divorce, legal separation, annulment: (you and your spouse do not agree on everything)
