You are invited to see us at one of our many locations throughout the region. Addiction and mental health services are offered in Brown, Clinton, Hamilton, and Warren counties. Visit https://www.talberthouse.org to request an appointment or visit us at one of our locations listed below.

Brown County locations: Walk-in times: 8:30 am to 11:30 am, Tuesdays and Fridays, other times by appointment

Clinton County location: Walk-in time: 1 pm, Monday through Friday, other times by appointment

Hamilton County locations: Walk-in times: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays)

Warren County locations: Walk-in time: 1 pm, Monday through Friday, other times by appointment

Please anticipate your first appointment taking approximately 2.5 hours.

*Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a custodial parent or legal guardian.

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
