March 25, 2019 – Community Input Invited on Changes and Proposed Changes to Local Rules
Clermont County Domestic Relations Court invites citizens and members of the bar to comment on changes to the Local Rules.
DR 33, DR 46 (formerly DR 45), and Appendix A Checklists have been amended as a result of a recent change in law effective March 28, 2019. DR 13 will be amended to cover electronically stored exhibits.Clermont County Guideline Parenting Schedule will be amended to reflect a 50/50 parenting schedule. Lastly, minor changes will be made for the purpose of clarification. Click hereto review the all the revisions and proposed revisions.
