Local Rules

The following rules are adopted January 18, 2010, to govern the practice and procedure of this Court, subject to such rules as may be adopted or promulgated by The Supreme Court of Ohio.

These rules shall be recorded by the clerk of Courts of Clermont County and journalized therein, and shall be filed with The Supreme Court of Ohio.

All previous rules are hereby rescinded.
