Pioneered and Implemented one of the first Mandatory Educational Programs for Divorcing Parents: Helping Children Cope with Divorce
In 2001 implemented another child-centered program for High Conflict parenting cases named K.I.D.S. - Kids in difficult situations
Both programs have been highly successful in achieving the goal of getting parents to think how their divorce affects their children. Many cases have been resolved through these programs and mediation.
In 2006, created an Alternative Sentencing Program for fathers delinquent in their child support obligations.
Implemented one of the most user friendly and technologically up-to-date Domestic Court websites (user friendly)
