Effective January 2, 2010, the Domestic Relations Court filing fees will increase to $275.00 for each new action for divorce, annulment, and legal separation with or without minor children. A fee of $200.00 shall be paid to the Clerk of Courts upon the filing or each new action for dissolution of marriage without minor children. A fee of $225.00 shall be paid to the Clerk of Courts upon the filing of each new action for dissolution of marriage with minor children.
