April 18, 2014 – Community Input Invited on Changes to Local Rules Clermont County Domestic Relations Court invites citizens and members of the bar to comment on changes to the Local Rules. DR 30 has been amended to correct a typographical error. Appendix D has been amended to clarify that the relocation notice is filed with the Clerk of Court’s Office who mails out the notice to the other party. A new rule, DR 41, has been added to provide a process for Early Neutral Evaluation. Comments should be sent to Clermont County Domestic Relations Court Administrator, Suzie Malloni.
